I will not enter a WOW pin number until I know that my information is correct. Would this occur if I had Cumulus open at the same time as Cumulus forum? You also say that I have issues that may be caused by running multiple instances of Cumulus.

You also mention that I had a problem with Windows SUSPEND broadcast received and Windows TIMECHANGE message received. I’ve set my computer not to go into hibernation. Yet on the Average and Extreme file I get August total 29.7mm and September to 5th 10.8mm. However if I add up each daily total as shown in day file monthly log viewer I get a figure of 196.03mm for August and 63.01mm for September to 5th. On the Cumulus My Weather opening page the rainfall for this month reads 11.1mm and this year 40.8mm. I’ve amended the day file items in red, setting them to zero and removed the previous YTD rainfall total from station setting page. If you correct those figures shown in red using the dayfile editor in Cumulus (the simplest approach would be to set them to zero) and then restart Cumulus, your annual total will be more reasonable. It looks like you haven't filled in all of the required details in Cumulus. 08:42:32.436 : An error has occurred during the WOW update: siteAuthenticationKey cannot be empty. You have a problem with your Met Office WOW uploads: This could also be the cause of your incorrect rain totals. It is quite likely that these are caused by running multiple instances of Cumulus. 14:28:43.446 : Invalid first block of memory The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process 13:23:50.590 : Error writing monthlyalltime.ini: Cannot create file "C:\Cumulus\data\monthlyalltime.ini".

You will need to disable that, or make sure Cumulus is stopped before your PC suspends. 14:28:37.505 : Windows TIMECHANGE message received 14:28:26.580 : Windows SUSPEND broadcast received You appear to be allowing your PC to suspend while Cumulus is running: The problem appears to be that one or more of your daily totals in that file are wrong - you could have a look at it with the dayfile editor in Cumulus. Dayfile.txt is already a file, just attach it as you did with the others.
